Iridescent Protoplasm
What this pattern does: Biological Simulation: The field accumulation creates soft, overlapping membranes. The "nucleusField" (which uses multiplication) creates the sharp, dark/bright centers inside each "cell" that only appear where the particles are perfectly centered. It creates a shifting color palette that looks like oil on water or soap bubbles. Knobs: Cell_Count: Controls how many organisms are on screen. Glow: Controls the intensity of the iridescent membranes. Zoom: Lets you peer deep into the soup or see the whole colony. Speed: Controls the franticness of the cell movement and pulsing. Try this: Turn Cell_Count to about 15 and Zoom to 0.5. You'll see large, beautiful iridescent orbs floating past each other!
